Now with a great new design and the usual excellent protection for the Matterport Pro2 3D camera!

Here it is, the 4th generation of our globally popular Matterport Cases 5000.

We had a lot of conversations with users of the Matterport camera to find out which requirements our cases should meet. The result is a great case with space for all accessories in the smallest of spaces. There is space for cameras, power packs, door wedges, tablets and much more in our Matterport Cases.

The new professional case 3D foam "made in Germany"

The specially made 3D foam insert in the color black/blue/red was developed by us and manufactured in Germany. The precisely fitting camera cut-out offers your Matterport Pro2 3D as well as the Pro and Pro2 Lite a perfect hold. A storage compartment with a removable lid offers space for the power pack, a power bank or similar.

From now on we are using a solid and dimensionally stable, two-tone plastic plate with an anthracite-colored satin finish. This surface is perfect for applying logos or lettering by laser.

Extensive accessories: shoulder strap, backpack system, wall mount

No matter how the type 5000 is used, its extensive accessories make it ready for any situation. Traveling photographers, for example, can conveniently transport the type 5000 and all of their equipment by attaching the backpack system. An optional shoulder strap that can be connected to the outdoor.case in a second also provides additional carrying comfort. For working at a comfortable height and securing the outdoor case in place, the type 5000 is compatible with B&W’s wall mount. Other accessories include a mesh pocket and a lid pouch. The type 5000: an outdoor case without limits.

Waterproof, temperature-stable, and airworthy: This case can really do it all

The extremely rugged polypropylene shell is not only impact-resistant and scratchproof, it is also dustproof and even protects the contents when submerged in cold water for brief periods. Whether hot or ice cold, the type 5000 is ready, since it can withstand temperatures from -30 °C to 80 °C without difficulty. The automatic air pressure equalization valve makes air travel possible: The valve opens/closes as soon as there is a change in atmospheric pressure, equalizing the pressure inside the case to protect both shell and contents.
